Data Backups:
Our data backup processes are automatically run every day. These data backups are then sent to an external server, one completely separate to our other servers. This process ensures that we always have an up-to-date copy of your forums data should anything happen.
Auto-Reboot Systems:
Our servers attempt to automatically fix themselves whenever they encounter an error. For example if the database stops responding then an automatic reboot will be attempted. This is designed to minimize the time between a server going offline and the server coming back online. In the event of this not working then notification messages are sent to several members of our team via both e-mail and SMS (text message) to alert us of the issue.
