In order for you (the user) to utilitize services provided by vForums (the provider) you must read and agree to the following terms of service.

Section 1 - Modification to this Agreement
vForums reserves the right to add to or make amendments to this agreement at any time. Users will be given 14 days to accept these changes or terminate their account. Any users still using our services after this time will have accepted these changes. These terms can be reached via the vForums homepage at any time.

Section 2 - Payment
There is no required payment for the use of services provided. All "Paid" features are optional and are not necessary for you to use our services.

Section 3 - Advertisements
All message boards are funded by adverts shown on user pages. In order to comply with the terms of the provider of said adverts, adverts must:
Not be tampered with
Be clearly visible when the page loads
Not be accompanied by your own paid advertisements

Section 4 - Content
Message boards must be in 100% English. Reasoning for this is so that vForums staff can monitor message boards.
Promoting the use of illegal drugs, alcohol, sex, pornography, nudity, warez, hate, spam, fraud, racism or any other form of illegal activity is forbidden as is direct links to sites offering this content.

Section 5 - Age Restrictions
In order to comply with COPPA Law, all users must be at least either 18 years of age or 13 years of age with parental consent. Therefore, all content must be suitable for a PG 13 audience.

Section 6 - Termination Of Services
vForums Staff reserve the right to remove any content at any time for any reason. This includes entire message boards as well as individual pages.

Section 7 - Legal Disclaimer
This service is provided on a "as is, as available" basis. The provider gives no warranty for any of the services provided; this includes no reimbursement for loss of income due to disruption of service. We perform regular, secure, backups of data but we are not responsible for any loss of data if it occurs.
